ALO Associates have advanced degrees in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or similar, with professional accreditations.

Logistical Considerations

ALO Associates are not bound to any specific location or geography but will require access to a remote work environment with high-speed internet accessibility. ALO Associates must also have reasonable access to airport(s) with the ability to travel (domestic and international) when needed.

Additional important attributes include:

• A commitment to developing personal consulting and sustainability technical skills with the aspiration of becoming an ALO Partner.
• Necessary communication skills to effectively listen and interact with clients and other business stakeholders, either in person or virtually.
• A drive and focus on sustainability problem-solving with a broad understanding of market and business dynamics, and the flexibility to adjust to a client’s individual business needs.
• A proficient writer, appropriate for the U.S. (English) business environment.
• Effective at working remotely (independently) but equally willing to collaborate with other team members or clients.
