Kathia is a sustainable development engineer with experience in water security, environmental compliance, culture transformation and environmental, health and safety governance. She has worked in international organizations in both the private and public sectors, including with the UN Secretary General’s Envoy on Youth where she led a project on youth and Sustainable Development Goals across the 193 member states. For the past few years, Kathia has been an environmental and sustainability leader for a multinational food manufacturer, supporting 40 facilities in 14 countries throughout Latin America.
