Mauricio (‘Mau’) came to ALO from the food & beverage industry where he worked with the sustainability team, providing automation of digital processes and key performance indicators. He also worked with the value engineering and commodities sectors developing and implementing an optimization project around corn platform seasoning yields where the realized savings in the first year after the rollout was more than 1.5 MM MXN.

Mau earned an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology Engineering from ITESM University in Mexico City, Mexico and is a fluent English and Spanish speaker. He works out of the ALO Latin America office in Monterrey, Mexico.
